So here is the today's results of research:
1. Add attached plug-in to JBossTools plugins folder
2. Start eclipse
3. Use open with other for docbook xml file (it better is just an xml without entities
:)
4. Select JBoss Html Editor
5. If you have problems with images just use page design options dialog to adjust where to
find resources.
6. After previous steps it should work as it shown on attached pictures

Use current VPE as editor for docbook.xml files. There will problem with editing files
that uses ENTITY definition but for plain files it should works fine.
