In case where included page contains the same tag library definition this method returns duplicated items. Test Case: 1. Create Seam Web War project 2. Open 'WebContent/home.xhtml' file in Visual Page Editor 3. Point mouse to s:div tag and press Ctrl button 4. OpenOn menu window appears ASSERT: there are no duplicated items in OpenOn menu window
