Andre, I meant that omitting the feature from the AllTools category seemed wrong, so I
fixed it... THEN saw emails saying not to. I prefer if the source simply says, in
comments, "THIS IS INTENTIONALLY WRONG per Max" or points to a JIRA. That way I
need only look at ONE thing when hacking up xml files -- the xml files. Relying on fisheye
or Hudson or subversive to tell me not to do something is ... unreliable at best.

This is still just an experiment and not something we plan to support unless Google
continues to be ignorant,
but we should get it added into the JBT Build; but it should only be installed if someone
actually want's it/knows where it is - thus:
It should be in the JBT build/updatesite/zip
It should *not* be in the ALL Category, but only in the App Dev one.
It should *not* be in JBDS.
The name of the plugin/feature should contain "(experimental)" for M2.
