OK... we figured out my misunderstanding... I read "... but isn't stored, after
reopening it's missing " to mean that the file was not getting created properly
in the first place. It is getting created and stored properly... but is not getting
reopened properly.
Java2Csv mapping isn't stored in smooks configuration
