I've made a second and third commit after further testing. It seems the RSE Launch
tab had several coding errors. To add to the test case for this, also ensure that
checking and unchecking "automatically calculate" works in an expected fashion.
Also ensure that the "apply" buttons are enabled at appropriate times. And
finally, ensure that changes are persisted properly.
It seems much of this worked fine when all tabs were together, but when RSE tab is alone,
the errors were revealed.

Users and QE and even I am getting confused by the several tabs which seem to not relate
to each other. When a server is in RSE mode, the launch tab group should only show the RSE
tab. When a server is in local mode, it should only show local-relative tabs.
