Now, only KB builder problem markers are checked, and if project has them, the dialog
prompts to completely enable JSF code completion and validation by fixing those problems.
Even if there may be/appear cases that are not covered by existing project validation, we
do not need to modify the dialog to implement them, builder just has to add problem marker
for such cases.
