[~odockal] thx for reporting, even though without specific reproducible steps, it's
close to impossible to have this fixed.
There was no entry in Eclipse log, right? This at least would be a thing that we can fix:
make sure those exceptions are logged. For the rest, we can only address them once we have
clear steps to reproduce them.
