Now, the zip containing all the feature/plugin jars to pack is a mere 4K in size, suggesting that wherever the jars used to come from, they're no longer being found. -- Digging deeper, it looks like the problem is that I renamed the "*-ALL-*" zips so they'd all be consistent... but missed a reference in buildSite.xml... so there's nothing being unpacked to produce the update site jars. Oops.
