Max, do you meat that if the version field is already has a value we shell not to reset it
to the version number is read from the jboss-seam.jar?
And what is to be done is the versions in the field and in the jboss-seam.jar are
different?
(for example: the selected jboss-seam.jar contains Seam v.2.0, but the version field is
fulfilled with version 1.2)

1. Dialog fields should be reordered:
- Home Folder
- Name
- Version
2. When Home folder is filled other fields should get values by default
- Name - seam home folder name
- Version - compatible version defined based on version from jboss-seam.jar
