Retaining the Page Design Options dialog for external files will demand appreciable time
period and efforts.
As a conlusion of the discussion about this issue we can resolve it, and if there is a
need in a Page Design Options dialog for external files - we can create new feature
request issue.

Fix For: LATER
1) DND some page (JSP, XHTML, JSPX) into studio
2) Open Page Design Options
3) Choose any tab (Substituted EL Expression, Include CSS file ...)
4) Set any variables
5) Press OK.
6) Open Page Design Options
ASSERT: All variables from previous step should be saved
RESULT: All is clear. There are no any variables on tabs.
