Understanding of this test case was incorrect from my side. All works correctly. This
check box for default preconditions of page opening.

2) Open any page
3) Choose Preferences -> Show non-visual tags
4) Check It
RESULT: Nothing happens
5) Uncheck
RESULT: Equals
