The project gets Utility Module instead. It's rather m2e-wtp integration issue I guess, but anyway I'm reporting it here to track the issue. It's important for us since we are going to add JBoss KB builder to such projects to have content assist/openOns/validation enabled automatically - See JBIDE-9280
