I've reverted changes due to tests failing on Eclipse 3.5.2. When we move to 3.6 it
will be fixed quikly.

I've run VPE tests under Eclipse 3.6 and found that StructuredRegionProcessor job,
which we control in tearDown() method, was never finished. So, I've made little
changes in the logic of this test method. Now tests will be running good.
