Well yeah, but these are Rob's itests, which is not the same as integration tests
originally in our separate repo. So the idea is that the main jobs will not run itests and
those will only run as part of the integration tests jobs? I guess it would make sense. I
just didn't expect that. And yes, I really need to take a look at that :(

I wanted to verify JBIDE-24483 which added itests for incremental deployment via
management. But it turns out none of the itests are run here:

Shouldn't they be run?
