Sorry - should not have included multiple issues in one JIRA - the steps to recreate are:
1) delete_project - delete a project from the navigator
2) deploy_esb - deploy ("add") one of the ESB examples to a server
3) install_helloworld - install the ESB helloworld example
4) server_startup - startup a server
I will break these out into separate JIRAs
