OK, so eventually we'll be able to build BPEL @ eclipse.org, and have the JBT
aggregate build simply pick up those bits along with pi4soa, xulrunner, drools, and
teiid.
Therefore this issue is superseded by
https://jira.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-6958
https://jira.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-7045
and could arguably be closed wontfix or obsolete.

It's come up that some folks would like to have the BPEL Editor plug-ins available as
a separate download on the JBT build results page. If we could simply provide a link to
the location of the zip that gets sucked into the build, that would be helpful.
