What about moving libs to lib folder and have it in MANIFEST.MF as well? I've tried to
do it and it seems to work. I don't see some classloading problems which I had with
"classic" WTP projects anymore and WTP can see such libs too. The only lib I
could not move to lib folder is jboss-seam.jar. WTP doesn't want to deploy it from lib
folder so I left it in root folder.

JBT uses MANIFEST.MF for setting up artifact classpath, whilst Seam recommends the use of
the EAR lib/ directory. By not following this recommendation, JBT users are running in to
a number of classloading problems.
