Rob, we need to investigate this and see if we can fix the defaults to work better with
EAP.
Secondarily we should warn/error if the remote location config for some reason fail ? or
are we already doing that somewhere ?

the default location (.metadata/.plugins/org.jboss.ide.eclipse.as.core/) will not work
for Seam Portal applications.
Customers need to go in and change this to the server deploy folder.
