Seems like never can avoid windows update to be bring back from state disable. As it is a
windows feature. This issue might occur from time to time. Hopefully it will be avoided in
most cases.

Due to occasional (probably periodical, dependent on system time, ie., midnight)
re-enabling of windows update service, we still encounter ClosedChannelException on
windows slaves on jenkinks.
Patch will be provided, test job set up and monitored.
