I would say this is correct/expected behavior. I do not see how possible to enhance
this... may be just clean up db and do not display errors in error log during clean up
procedure - do not know there is a sense here or not... imo, there is no big sense to
enhance something here.

During running schema export there can be SQL errors. I'm not sure how far this is an
inconsistency|error and if it's possible to modify hibernate tools to avoid this. Pls.

Simple steps:
1. Fill DB with data (HSQLDB 1.8 in this case)
2. Export code from DB via Hibernate Code Generation
3. Hibernate Console -> Run Schema Export
