Current behaviour:
- new project -> persistence.xml is updated property
- JPA connection change -> persistence.xml is not updated automatically
Persistence.xml is updated with connection profile information
automatically

Currently persistence.xml doesn't contain connection information when created with
New JPA Project with Using Hibernate platform.
Desired behaviour would be to use connection profile information to update
persistence.xml connection values by default.
