I got this message from Slava:
"It seems new version of JSPPropertySheetConfiguration (fix of JBIDE-5744 Deadlock
after CSS editor usage) breaks Properties View cell editing. After doing cell editing 2-3
times, ...-button disappears from cell editor, and reappears only after changing selected
node in page editor"
And asking for reversal since it breaks editing on all platforms and not just Win64
That was applied for this issue, but the reversal is only in trunk !?

for reproduce this for test case you should :
1.place cursor in <rich:menuItem ... />
2.in Properties view click on row "iconStyle"
3. click on button "..."
4.Click "Ok" button
only restart eclipse will help.
