Also for the SOAP Proxy Action, evidently the method property, though configurable,
doesn't make sense to have any value but "POST", which is the default. Can
we reduce the future chance of user error by removing "GET" from the list of
available values for this property?

For the SOAP Proxy Action, we need to show the optional clientCredentialsRequired
property in the UI. The default is "true".
From the Programmer's Guide:
* clientCredentialsRequired (optional; default is "true"): Whether the
Basic Auth credentials are required to come from the end client, or if
the credentials specified inside file can be used instead.
