Pull request is closed. So closing also this JIRA. Deploy on server has been added in
tests suite and it is also enabled. Most of the quickstarts are working, but blacklist
should be also implemented - but it is a different task.

Server dependencies could be removed and central itests should be refactored
accordingly.
I suppose there is no need to deploy all quickstarts on server.
