However on the Smooks editor configuration form you can select "SAX/DOM". On a side note. Wouldn't it be better to make the radio fields a select box field so that it becomes possible to select no value (which would result that the editor doesn't generate the "stream.filter.type" global parameter). Smooks configuration files that get imported by other Smooks configuration files, by default, inherit the "stream.filter.type" global parameter from there parent and there for shouldn't define it.
