BTW this page is not correct.
It should have <!DOCTYPE composition PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0
Transitional//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
doctype declaration instead of
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN"
"http://www.w3.org/TR/xhtml1/DTD/xhtml1-transitional.dtd">
because the root tag is ui:composition
But anyway this bug is reproducable in correct pages too.

1) Open attached page in studio
2) Select any JSF, RichFaces, Ajax tag.
3) Look to Properties view.
EXPECTED: All attributes should be displayed of the current component.
ACTUAL: Properties view displays only attributes with non null values.
I could reproduce this test case only for XHTML pages
