upgrading severity on this since its a rather big usability issue.
Lets reproduce against plain egit without our code/usage and open bug at bugzilla ASAP and
then work on patch if needed.
Once cloning the repo fails because of missing key, you have to add
your keys to the prefs and restart eclipse
