The only remaining issue here is that if a just registered user won't have a RHEL
subscription which is required for provision. I think we should create a separate issue
for that and resolve this one.

See attached screenshot - the same error is seen when running with the CDK configured as
a runtime - or by running vagrant/vagrant.bat form the CLI after running the installer.
Exception occurred executing command line.
