If a user has modified the default user template in some way, IMHO it is better to copy
these changes to all workspaces instead of moving to the first opened workspace only.

Now for saving templates which was setuped by user used file
org.jboss.tools.vpe/templates/vpe-templates-auto.xml. It's saved changes in jboss
tools instalation, that isn't correct. It's shoud save user templates in workspace
metadata folder. Compatibility with old save mechanizm should be keeped too.
