Thanks for link. But I can reproduce the issue in Seam 2.2.1.CR2 (commented about it in
JBSEAM-4704). But since Pete said it should work in runtime we can fix it in JBT and place
richfaces-ui.jar into EAR/lib folder.

Any Richfaces UI component such as the org.richfaces.component.html.HtmlTree that needs
to be implemented in a Seam Action Class is not available from the EJB tier. This is a
very common requirement for customers that are building Tree UIs. The Richfaces UI lib
should be brought to the EAR level.
