New WTP seems to have more sophisticated XSD validator and it put error marker on such
XMLs. Our test is not expected any markers in components.xml from Seam 1.2.1GA and failed.
You can reproduce it just creating new Seam Project with Seam 1.2.1GA on WTP 3.1

1. Create new Seam Web Project (I tried WAR deployment type) for Seam 1.2.1GA
2. Open components.xml
3. Do any change there. Ctrl+S.
4. There are two error markers in first position.
