Jaroslav Jankovič commented on JBIDE-11730:
-------------------------------------------
Thanks Rob for response, I thought it would be too difficult because of many ways to
configure runtime/server or both of them together. I know about workaround, of course, but
I was hoping for a shorter way :)
Synchronize name of server with name of runtime
-----------------------------------------------
Key: JBIDE-11730
URL:
https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-11730
Project: Tools (JBoss Tools)
Issue Type: Feature Request
Components: JBossAS/Servers
Affects Versions: 3.3.0.Beta3
Reporter: Jaroslav Jankovič
Assignee: Rob Stryker
Fix For: 3.3.0.CR1
Suppose I would like to add a new runtime JBoss AS 7.1.1 into JBDS named "JBoss
7.1.1 Runtime". The name of created server ("Create a new local server"
checked when adding runtime) would be "JBoss 7.1 Runtime Server" instead of
"JBoss 7.1.1 Runtime Server". It would be useful if server and runtime have
synchronized names.
