I have the issue fixed. I didn't use special warning mesage for cfg.hml cause
screenshot-4.jpg shows the real problems with console config.

I create HCC without projects in the workspace:
1) I setup database connection;
2) I add MySQL driver into classpath;
look at screenshots.
Then I try to expand HCC tree item - I get exception.
