I just gave it a second look. The commit I made doesn't seem like it should have
fixed the problem honestly. But I do know I was able to replicate it yesterday and not
today.
I'll have to test it on a build I guess rather than just my work environment. Now you
have me scratching my head. I'm still not able to replicate it, so whatever I did
fixed it apparently. But then maybe I'm insane.
I suggest QA verify.

2.) Add a Java Action to the "src" directory
3.) Add a Generic Action to the esb.xml and point it at the Java class just created
4.) Add project to SOA-P 5 server
5.) Notice ClassNotFound exception in server console
If you look in the server deploy directory, their is no .class file for the .java file
created in step #2
