We still have some remains of old Oracle ADF Faces and MyFaces in JBoss Tools. Should we
remove them at all (libs, templates, capabilities)?
MyFaces kickstart project should be excluded from project templates.

Now we have MyFaces 1.1.4 among jsf KickStart projects.
But VPE doesn't support tomahawk templates. So MyFaces kickstart project need to be
excluded from project templates.
