I still guess that we are not allowed to redistribute. The terms did not change and
explicitly state that we are not allowed to duplicate/copy the plugins
(http://code.google.com/eclipse/terms.html 5.3).
Add GWT 2.3 for Eclipse 3.7 to Extras site (if license allows
redistribution)
