Have researched possibility of contribution to eclipse editor system menu, there no easy
way. See this menu code, it's possible to contribute only using reflection or smth.
like it. So for now the New Editor (Side By Side) will be available only from window menu
or by hot keys.

With the increasing use of multiple monitors at customer sites, it would be nice to be
able to have the two paned editor have the current top and bottom source vs wysiwyg
(almost) view, with a toggle button that allows these to be side by side instead of top to
bottom.
