removing new and noteworthy label since there's nothing visible for the user. Having
the new client fixed JBIDE-14929 for Alpha2.

In JBIDE-15429 I added support for downloadable (web- and standalone-) cartridges in the
openshift-java-client.
JBT now needs to upgrade to this client version.
