Hmmm....somehow this has been assigned back to me :S I can confirm that this is already in
the release notes. If there is something else you'd like done with this just let me
know ;) Otherwise please resolve again.

It's not possible to create new Guider Rule via menu File > New > Drools. Tree
item "Guider Rule" is missing in wizard tree.
When trying to open guided rule file created with previous version of JBDS there is
missing option "Guided Rule Editor" in "Open With" context menu of
selected guided rule file.
