Ticket was resolved as newer win81-x64-jbds and win10-x64-jbds images from 09/2017 were
built upon newer base images (win-10(8.1)-enterprise-x86_64-released) form 08/2017 that
have virtualization allowed.
I have created two new labels in jenkins for windows slaves with virtualbox:
* win81vbox (based on win81-x64-virtualbox image)
* win10vbox (win10-x64-virtualbox)
Test if CDK3 can run on win images in openstack 10, virtualbox and
hyperv hypervisors
