For now i've reverted to eagerload cartridges since without, it can cause ui lockup
with bad network. introduce system
property(org.jboss.tools.openshift.express.ui.eagerloading) to allow override for now.
Since most will have 3-5 apps its not a big issue, but for those with more having this
option is good.
No matter what we can do about bulk loading, the UI really shouldn't do possible
blocking operations in the foreground so we should get it to lazy load IMO.

Have a user with many apps, notice that when you expand the username it takes much longer
to load than before.
B2 was much faster to load the apps for a user so something is more
agreesive/timeconsuming.
