When running the plugin in eclipse, the plugin menu was not displayed when clicking no
the text file. The problem relates back to not using a template as the plugin.xml was not
included in the plugin binary. The META-INF/MANIFEST was also missing the singleton:=true
attribute in the Bundle-SymbolicName and this was showing up as a problem
