This patch modifies the plugin_customization.ini file with the BRMS URI value.
I've tested with this patch and the guvnor.tools patch applied to my local workspace
and when starting a new JBT and JBDS workbench (which is the only time that a preference
gets initialized) it seems to work great.

When creating a new WebDav connection the default values populated reflect that of the
.org bits.
Repository value shows as "/drools-guvnor/...." instead it should be
"/jboss-brms/..."
