after discussion with Max it is changed to "Select Platforms and Servers" to
conform with other steps like "Select Java VM".
Server changed to Platform/Server everywhere to show it supports not only Products but
also community JBoss AS version.
Installer - title of the step 5 - "JBoss Enterprise Application
Platform" should be changed to something more relevant
