I have tried it with latest master and the error message is different:
[ERROR] Failed to execute goal org.apache.maven.plugins:maven-antrun-plugin:1.8:run

When building devstudio under JDK11 there is missing dependency: ../lib/tools.jar
But there will be probably required more work to make this work(e.g. update ant..).
