While Bob did add a Namespaces Table that is helpful, I don't think it completely
solves the problem. For example, you can't edit the table to change a namespace
prefix. And I still see times where I go to use a prefix and it claims it is already
assigned, but it is not in the table. If we are going to close this JIRA we should open
another one related to namespace re-factoring / namespace management.

The BPEL Editor should improve its managment of namespaces. Sometimes when configuring a
Copy operations as part of an Assign activity, a dialog will pop up asking the user to
create a Namespace Prifix for a particular Target Namespace. But when you enter the
defined Prefix Name for this Target Namespace, it says "This prefix is already
used".
Also, there does not appear to be a place to change these mapping (other than in the
source file).
