this just argument to make this functionality "smart"... there is text selection
in visual part - copy the text. if just element selected in visual part - copy element
from source.
Copy-Cut operations should use text selection from the visual part

When the focus is in the visual part of VPE CUT/COPY operation should use selected text
in visual part - but not it's substitution from the source part.
