Why can't the IDE notice the file time stamp times are different/newer for the
import.sql file and trigger the correct things under the covers to make sure it is
deployed/run?
import.sql should publish/run without needing to delete the
application and then republish it

Using the jboss-javaee6-webapp sample application. Once I have published the
application, I need to delete the webapplication when I am making only changes to the
import.sql file. This should be "published" without me needing to do so many
keystrokes.
