Why are we using different dialogs for view-id selection ?
i.e. Rename node has a browse button, all places where view-id is available in the tree
editor has a browse button - and they all just show the "old" dialog.
Add a list of existing view-id's used in the pages.xml to the
dialog for selecting view-id in pages.xml.

I suggest tree with 2 first-level nodes. Under one node are existing view-ids in the
pages.xml, and second node is webcontent. At present we have only webcontent node.
