No, because https://jira.jboss.org/jira/browse/JBIDE-5408 is an IDE workaround for this.
You cannot use the option in ant.

I need an option to easily configure a Generic Exporter so that it creates the file if it
does not exist, but if the file already exists, it should just silently skip it (not
overwrite it).
